APPLICATION

The PVS Process Equipment 16-02 Series Hoist & Trolley Bulk Bag Unloader is designed for low headroom or stacked bulk bag unloading application where lifting access is limited. Through the use of either self-supporting or ceiling mounted carriageways, the hoist and trolley system is capable of handling large bulk bags and high density materials with ease. A low profile dump station design aids in reducing overall installed system height while allowing for integration to positive pressure, negative pressure or gravity conveying applications.

DESIGN

The 16-02 Series Hoist & Trolley Bulk Bag Unloader features a trolley mounted electric hoist with bag support frame on a dedicated overhead carriageway. Carriageways with multiple trolleys can be configured to accommodate space restrictions and maximize storage capacities. The dump station is provided with a manual inflation collar to seal the bag snout, containing dust generated from the unloading operation. Simple touch screen control allows for easy change out operation and adjustment to system settings.
