APPLICATION

The PVS Process Equipment 11-01 Series Volumetric Screw Feeder is commonly used in applications with existing or integrated dump/unloading stations that require variable system infeed rates. The pickup adapter mounted screw feed allows for supply rate adjustment, ensuring consistent vacuum system filling and reducing the potential for clogs.

DESIGN

The 11-01 Series Volumetric Screw Feeder utilizes a unique integrated screw feed to meter large quantities of material into a system or process, preventing overloading, jamming or clogs. High torque motor and industrial gear set breakup agglomerated materials during the metering process. Variable speed drive allows for precise control of material injection into the downstream system.

Controls, feeder and pickup adapter are packaged into a single, self-supporting unit making for easy placement and change out in combination with the universal mounting flange connecting to the dump/unloading station.
